Do you wish to change the product to another or make a return?

You may within 14 days return or exchange the product.
In order to return or exchange, the package of the product be completely unbroken. You have the right to open the parcel and check that you received the right goods.

To return / exchange you complete this form. After having done that, a return form will appear. You are requested to print that form, complete it and send it together with your goods back to us.

The aim is to facilitate the administration of your return. When you have printed the form, you return it together with the product in the same package you got from us, back to us (address on package). You must clearly state the order number, your name and if you want to change or return the products. The shipping costs are paid by you and it is your responsibility that the goods reach us in a good condition.

If the customs charge you a fee, we are not responsible for this and this is dependent on your own country's VAT rules. All our products are shown with 25% VAT inside the EU. The prices are shown without VAT for buyers outside the EU, after you have logged on.
